Memory lane

My receipts envelope (I place perhaps 95% of my receipts in a designated envelope) was getting full, so I pulled out a handful of receipts from the back of the pile to take to the shredder.  Last year around this time, I was quite active on Amazon, apparently, buying a toaster (Why do my appliances fail before Christmas?  Last year it was toaster...this year, it was the vacuum cleaner) and a thermos mug, and for my birthday, had received an iHome radio clock with iPhone charger.  I'm still quite in love with all those items...can't believe I've only had them for a year.  Funny how one grows attached to things.
